If there was ever a song that felt like you grew wings like a bird, and soared throughout the sky, this would be the song! Released in 2007 by Japanese Instrumentalist/Producer Uyama Hiroto, this track blends Japanese HipHop and Jazz. The Jazz drumming on this track uplifts the track and alongside the flute, the saxophone and piano repeat a melody that invokes the feeling of freedom, inspiration and love. Great news!! Spotify has now released the 'Departure' Soundtrack from Samurai Champloo. The music from the anime was ahead of its time due to not following the conventional pop rock genre but, blends Jazz, R&B and HipHop. The OST provided a great contrast to the anime which is set in the Edo period. The soundtrack is also produced by Nujabes and fat jon. Listen to the soundtrack below!
